May 2014 Great results For Oar-gee Lures
Oar-Gee Lures are pleased to report a fantastic result on their lures.Earlier this month, the Barra Nationals were run on the Daly River in the Northern Territory. The fishing was reportedly tough going with only 700 or so fish landed by 180 anglers (60 Teams) over the 5 days of competition.Team Fusion consisting of Skipper Michael Dickinson, son Daniel and Scott Partridge were finding the going hard as the tides changed and the fish, to put in Michaels words, went to sleep.
Scott put on the Oarsome 90mm 5mt and started to land fish, by this time all 3 were using the 90mm Oarsome 5mt and bashing the lures very slowly deep into the snags (sticks). The result, Champion Local Team, 3rd overall team and Scott individually 6th not bad out of 180 anglers.
Debbie and Wayne congratulate the team on a wonderful result!!
